Edits beyond the scope listed above will be billed at the agency’s standard hourly rate or quoted separately.
Unused edits or page requests do not roll over to the next month.
This package does not include custom development, full redesigns, or new feature integrations unless otherwise agreed upon.
All requests must be submitted via email or the designated client portal for proper tracking and response.
Client is responsible for providing all content, creative assets, and necessary credentials to fulfill requests.
Payment is due in full at the beginning of each billing cycle. Services may be paused if payment is not received by the due date.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
