Role Overview:

A Content Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role involves writing and editing various content types (blogs, social media posts, emails, etc.), ensuring SEO best practices, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The executive collaborates with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with business goals while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Strong writing skills, SEO knowledge, and creativity are essential for success in this role.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Executive to join our team with experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry. In this role, you will develop compelling concepts and topics, create engaging content, and manage communication channels to enhance our brand & our clients’ brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will be key in shaping our content strategy and ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and business goals (same goes for our clients).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or aesthetics industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and newsletter creation.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Development:
    • Ideate, develop and implement creative concepts and topics tailored to the beauty and aesthetics industry.
    • Research, write, and edit high-quality content (blogs, articles, social media posts, email newsletters, case studies, etc.).
    • Create visually appealing content by processing and optimizing images for newsletters and blog posts.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other teams to create multimedia content.
    • Fluency with AI tools such as DeepSeek, Midjourney or ChatGPT to assist with content production is an asset.
  • Content Strategy & Planning:
    • Assist in developing a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
    • Identify trending topics and audience interests to drive engagement.
    • Work with SEO and digital marketing teams to optimize content for search engines.
    • Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
    • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s messaging and values.
  • Social Media & Distribution:
    • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies for better performance.
    • Assist with social engagement with the audience through comments, messages, and community management.
  • SEO & Performance Analysis:
    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies.
    • Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
    • Generate reports on content metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration & Campaign Support:
    • Work with marketing, graphic designer, and web developer to align content with business objectives.
    • Support email marketing campaigns with compelling copy and CTAs.
    • Assist in influencer and partnership content initiatives.
  • E-Mail Newsletter Mangement:
    • Set up, design, and distribute email newsletters to engage and nurture the brand’s audience.
  • Competitor & Market Research:
    • Analyze competitors’ content strategies and identify gaps/opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust content plans accordingly.
