Tracey started off as a beauty entrepreneur and a beauty blogger in 2012 when social media and Instagram Marketing have just emerged.
Over the years of working with well-known brand names such as Lancome, Marc Jacobs, L’ oreal, etc, and building her own beauty business in skincare & makeup, Tracey has gained a substantial amount of knowledge and insights on how to help beauty brands close the communication gap and increase conversion and attract the ideal target audience.
Tracey founded BOWO Creative in 2018 with the mission to help worldwide female entrepreneurs & WOMXN grow and scale their beauty businesses.
Since then, the agency has grown a great track record helping not only the Canadian market but also internationally, and expanded our niche to focus more on the beauty industry.
Tracey sat on the mentor board of The Toronto Business Development Centre to consult and assist start-up founders with their marketing strategies and social media growth.
Tracey is a strong believer in #WOMENEMPOWERMENT and building a community where female entrepreneurs can glow financially, mentally, and physically so they can INSPIRE the next generation and PAY IT FORWARD with their success.

Glenda has been part of the BOWO team since 2020, leading strategy, growth planning, and revenue operations for the agency's medspa and beauty brand clients. She partners directly with clients to build offers that convert, refine retention and strategy, and keep the team aligned on what actually drives results for both the client and the business. She also oversees quality and delivery, ensuring that every campaign, website, and piece of content meets BOWO's standards. Account & Growth Manager
Kazandra is the driving force behind BOWO's client relationships and project execution. From onboarding to delivery, she manages every moving piece, timelines, deadlines, and communication, so nothing falls through the cracks. Clients know her as their go-to point of contact, and she brings the same care to every account: proactive, organized, and genuinely invested in their success. Claire powers the systems behind BOWO's growth. She also leads BOWO's own content strategy, writing and shipping blog content built for both SEO and AI readability, the same work that's gotten BOWO cited directly in AI search results.
